Depart Friday, May 29, @ 2:30pm. and return Sunday night May 31, @ 12am I give permission for my son(s) to go with Pastor Hayden III & the Living Proof Gospel Choir perform and worship at various locations in AU, South Bend, & then a social in Chicago. ALL YOUTH ATTENDING MUST BRING! 1. This Permission slip signed by their parent or guardian 2. Sleeping Bag and toiletries. and $30 additional spending money for Stops, & Social. 3. Choir Uniform, Church attire, and two pair of play clothes with very comfortable walking shoes & a change of Clothes for evening Social. 4. A willingness to stay with the group and to participate in all activities with a Christian attitude. Pick-up from TA @ 12noon. Shuttle Teens to PG Mall (Eating/ Shopping/ Sight Seeing) Load @ 2:30pm. Leave Mall & head out to Andrews @ 3:00pm. Dinner Stop & Open the Sabbath @ 7pm & later on a late night stop @ 12 midnight. Arrive @ Andrews University @ 3-4am. Move in @ Burman Hall (AU) & sleep from 4am-9am. SABBATH Wake-up, Wash-up & (Fruit & Bread) Breakfast 9-10am. Depart for the Berea SDA Church @ 10am. Divine Hour Service 11am. & *Lunch is @ 2pm. Living Proof Practice / Ushers Workshop / YOW Witnessing @ 3pm AYS Concert from 4:30pm – 6pm. *Refreshments @ Church & then Depart for Chicago @ 6:30pm. Night on the Town, Chicago style 8:00pm-11:00pm (SEARS TOWER recommended) Depart back to dorm @ 11pm Arrive back to Andrews @12 Midnight Burman Hall (AU) -Curfew and Lights Out @ 1am. SUNDAY Wake-up call, Wash-up & (Fruit & Bread) Breakfast@ 9-10am. Andrews Tour from 10am- 11am. Andrews University *Lunch from 11:45am– 12:15pm Load buses @ 12:30 & leave @ 1:00pm. Arrive back to TA @ 12am-1:00am * Meal Provided by host. |
